I immigrated to US from Taiwan with my sister in 1983. While attending business school at UW I practiced Real Estate Sales from 1988 to 1989. After earning my MBA degree from UW, I entered a footwear company (Propet USA) and rose to become VP of Operation. In 1996 I purchased Hunan Garden Restaurant in Bellevue and become a "small business owner". 10 years gone by quickly and in 2006 I transferred the business to my employee. I returned to Propet and serve as head of marketing, and later on, merchandising department.

 

In 2011 due to personal reasons I left Propet. I spent signifant portion of my time in 2011 and 2012 in Taiwan, tending to my parents' needs. I have been a full time real estate broker with Skyline Properties since 2013.

我是16歲自台中移民到美國. 在Portland附近念完高中後我在Oregon State University就讀大一, 自大二時就轉學到位在Seattle的University of Washington.

 

大三及大四(1988-89)在商學院就學期間我開始在Century 21 Sherwood Homes (Shoreline, WA)學習房地產仲介的業務, 感謝當年多位叔叔阿姨不嫌棄我這毛頭小子, 他們的信賴使我在兩年期間學習到了寶貴經驗, 也經歷了那時候Seattle地產供不應求的榮景!

 

記憶中當時有客人對Bellevue湖邊的物件有興趣--當時waterfront的房價約$600K (Newport Shores)至最貴的 $2.5M (Hunts Point)左右....跟現今自$3M到$30M的行情真是天壤之別. 在89年時Medina有三塊水邊的建地一起出現在市場上, 每塊地開價$800K. 數星期後在報上看到有一位聞人將三塊地一起買下了...此人就是鼎鼎大名的Bill Gates!!

 

在華大拿到了MBA學位後我很慶幸的能到一家休閒鞋貿易公司上班 (Propet USA), 感謝Robert and Jane的器重及信任我在四年期間修練了18般武藝, 在1996 年我決定買下一間中餐館 (Bellevue湖南樓) 開始了十年的"老闆"生涯.

 

2006年十年餐館的租約到期, 我將餐館轉讓給員工後又回到了Propet上班--負責Marketing 與 Merchandising 的部門. 2011年時我決定再轉換跑道 -- 期望有機會能為您們來服務!!
