我不是累.....It's not because Ｉ am tired......

五月份是光輝的一月!! 感謝各位客人們的支持....我有幸幫客人們準備了八個offers. 這些offers全數都遇到了競爭者 -- 依順序排名: 21, 15, 10, 7, 3, 2, 2 -- 只有一位客人拿到了冠軍...其他亞軍 季軍得主我們繼續再接再厲尋找理想屋 :)

我不是累....只是思考如何幫客人爭取到冠軍.....

May has been a very productive month thanks to all the buying clients. We had written total of 8 offers....all of them encountered competing offers....21, 15, 10, 7, 3, 2, 2....One client was able to come out ahead....rest of clients continue searching....

It's not because I am tired...I am just puzzled on how best to assist buyers win the endless bidding war :)
